The Gate's Of Heaven Will Open For You

Imagine a place, where the streets are pure gold
And everything is eternal, nothing even gets old;
Can you picture mansions for everyone to live in?
Where everyone’s heart is pure, because there’s no more sin.

A place with no more sorrow, anguish nor cries
From our Father who promised to wipe all tears from our eyes;
No more death, sickness nor pain
And the climate will be glorious, it won’t even rain!

In this place things will appear clear and bright
As we all see a glow of one massive light;
This light will comfort us and sheer peace and love will reign
And the sole source of this light will be Jesus Christ the King.

He will sit on the throne of glory, in the center of this place
And we will talk to Him openly, as we look Him in the face;
Well, this beautiful place our simple minds could only imagine right now
But Jesus tells us we can go someday, if you want to know how.

He left us the Bible to show us the way
And He paid everyone’s admission through His bloodshed that day;
He never asked for blood in return
It’s only our love for which His heart yearns.

And when in your heart, you can say that love’s true…
Then the gates of Heaven will open for you!
