Name The King

His hips would move.
His body would shake.
You’d see him groove.
Yet, not a bone would break.

With his hair slicked back
Wearing his blue suede shoes;
Nobody could keep track when
He sang G.I. Blues..

When he sang Jailhouse Rock
The crowd would roar;
And when he stopped
Everyone yelled for more.

This King lived and died in Memphis
He was loved by you and me;
Graceland was his mansion
And now he lives in our memory.

I’ve described him enough
Now go and do your thing;
And when you figure out his name
You’ll know him as the Rock “N” Roll King.
