Lord, Take My Hand And Lead Me Home

I stepped unto the water and I’m walking mighty high,
But as I start to falter, I feel I’m about to die;
But my Lord is walking with me and He takes me by His hand,
He says, “come on my child, let me take you to the promised land”.

Yes, take my hand precious Lord, take me to Your throne above.
Precious Lord, take my hand and lead me home;
Take me to Your throne above, take me with the one I love,
Precious Lord, take my hand and lead me home.

The Bible is my book and all I have to do is look,
And read all the scriptures written there;
It helps me every day and guides me in every way,
To my Lord, on His throne way up there.

Yes, take my hand precious Lord, take me to Your throne above.
Precious Lord, take my hand and lead me home;
Take me to Your throne above, take me with the one I love,
Precious Lord, take my hand and lead me home.

Save my sisters and my brothers,
Save my Father and my Mother
Precious Lord, take their hands and lead them home.
Help them with their trials and fears,
Wipe away their falling tears,
Precious Lord, take their hands and lead them home.

Take my hand precious Lord, take me to your throne above.
Take my hand precious Lord and lead me home;
For your God’s only Son and you’re the only one,
So, take my hand precious Lord and lead me home.

Yes, take my hand precious Lord, take me to Your throne above.
Precious Lord, take my hand and lead me home;
Take me to Your throne above, take me with the one I love,
Precious Lord, take my hand and lead me home.
