I'm Dreaming Of You (Duet)

My heart breaks in pieces when I’m not with you,
And I think to myself, what didn’t I do?
I wish I could somehow turn back the time,
And relive each second while the sun still shines.

When I'm sleeping in bed, ya know I’m dreaming of you
At in each waking moment, and all that I do;
I wonder why must I be here alone every day,
And if you knew the answer, baby what would you say?

In my dreams you say the words I longed to hear
And when I look into your eyes, I know you’re truly sincere;
I know I’ll see you later when the day's finally through
When I'm sleeping in bed, and I’m dreaming of you.

I wish in my heart that no one had to know
This pain that I feel from my head to my toes;
Like someone ripped your heart out then they tore it in two,
And sitting there watching, is all you can do.

But that's how it is in this world full of tears
I guess we all must realize each of our fears;
I pray somehow that you'll come back to me every day
And if I said I was sorry baby what would you say.

In my dreams you say the words I longed to hear
And when I look into your eyes, I know you’re truly sincere;
I know I’ll see you later when the day's finally through
When I'm sleeping in bed, and I’m dreaming of you.

Dreaming of you...
I'm dreaming of you...
Dreaming of you...
